i got banged...

saturday morning =) 

i've wanted to do this ever since i got the side sweep ones a few months back but never had the cojones to actually do it. until saturday morning. 

went out to a delicious dinner friday night with Silvia&Keith

attempted Blue Martini but that didn't work out ;) lolol

((won't put anyone on blast here.. just know that Silvs is a bad ass)) haha

i spent the day with my mom on saturday..

we did some shopping at target and i saw this buddha that i fell in love with

only problem is it's too big for my room.

and i'm pretty sure my gma isn't going to let me put it in the living room.

so now i have to find one that's a good size to put in my room.

i finally got down to Alain & Steph's house on sunday.

crazy night. 

Alain made us some very good drinks.

cranberry, vodka, and patron citronge.

spices up the usually vodka n cranberry.

hey.. it was a 3 day weekend.. we're adults.

why not celebrate on a sunday night.?!?! lol

lots of laughs.. people 'bouncing'.. and a creative way to use a 20 oz bottle of water ;) haha

i really wish i had a camera. 

had to crash in their beautiful spa like guest room.

woke up and had breakfast. yum. 

i really wish they would open up a vicky bakery by my house so i could eat pastelitos de guayaba everyday. 

now i'm watching gossip girl and attempting to write lesson plans..

not working out so great. 

but i am suuuper happy that vanessa is in this episode.

missed her last week.

Sunday Funday

i love sunday mornings.
sleep in. and a delicious sunday breakfast made by who other than mama dukes =)

whole wheat english muffin
1 egg.. fried with PAM not oil
1 slice american cheese
orange and banana slices
cafe con leche (duh)

now it may not have been the eggs benedict and pancakes i so craved for a sunday brunch but just as good and less heavy on my belly.

i miss Jamel...{don't you love his name.?! later blog on the story of naming Jamel} this was suppose to be our weekend with him since my sister is working. but he's with his dad. don't get me wrong. i do enjoy sleeping in. but i have to admit i like waking up to his 28 month old morning energy. i've gotten used to his face in mine at 7:30 am waiting for me to open my eyes just so he can say 'hiiii tia.. goodmOrning' ((he puts emphasis on the O))

they are not cheap.
but i will not be discouraged.

TGIF.!

i am extra exhausted this week. i had two observations in one week. did great on both. =) ((yay to me)).. went to the gym with Kelly yesterday...this girl is serious about her workouts.! i think i said 'i hate you' at least twice. lol.. i am so sore today. but it felt good. i might take her up on her offer to start workin on my fitness ((fergie song officially in my head now)).. came home from the gym to jamel at my house.. screaming Hiiiii Tia.! aw. i love coming home to that. then went to target with mami.. she got me a little present:



yea. she's the pretty much the best.

it's still nice and chilly outside. taking my boots out the box tonight in preparation for this 3 day weekend.!! hmm.. what should i do.?!

i leave my house before 7 am.

i'm driving for about 20 minutes to work (aka internship) everyday.

this song has been in the 7 am morning mix for the past few days.

you can't imagine how happy it makes me to hear this song. lolol i love it. mainly just andre 3000's part. 

it wakes me up and makes me start my day with a smile.

i need to put it on my ipod ASAP before they stop putting it on the mix.

while we're talking music/rappers....

not only is lil wayne writing a blog for espn.. now he's red carpet reporting. lolol

i don't know why but i think that's reallllly funny.
