a while back i blogged about how much i like headbands. well... look what i've found.

Click here to check out the website of all the cute flower and feather headbands she has for adults and babies as well as hair clips and flip-flops. There's also a 'Contact Us' section to request certain colors.

February 8, 2010

are you ready.?!!

listen

this is such a beautiful song

Have you ever try sleeping with a broken heart?
Well you could try sleeping in my bed
Lonely, own me, nobody ever shut it down like you

You wore the crown, you made my body feel heaven bound
Why don't you hold me, need me
I thought you told me, you'd never leave me

Looking in the sky I could see your face
And I knew right where I fit in
Take me, make me, you know that I'll always be in love with you
Right till the end

Adrienne Bailon
YRB magazine

i like the spread, and she's looking good, but when i see the pic of her holding the wall from the side all i can think is 'is that the tat of Rob Kardashian's name on her ass.?' lol can't help it.

note for the ladies: never get a tattoo of your man's name or get a tat for your man.

love?

in an interview, she said this song was recorded just for fun... and that's what it is. a 'fun' track. i can't wait to hear her song 'Louboutin' that she's premiering at the American Music Awards on Sunday. of the song, she said
“It’s basically about when you get to that point in a bad relationship and you’re like, ‘Damn, I really have to leave. It’s just not good for me. This song is actually about when you’ve made the decision—I’m out. It’s not the girl who’s like, ‘I’m gonna take my stuff, and I’m gonna put on my sweatpants, and I’m gonna cry, and my girlfriends are gonna pick me up and we’re gonna go eat ice cream.’ It’s not that girl. This girl is like putting on her hottest dress and her sexiest Louboutin shoes, and leaving your ass. Like- I'm out.... Sometimes you just gotta do it. You gotta put on your Louboutins and be like, this is what you're missing.. buh bye.”
ha. can't wait.

hi, i'm kid sister

"Right Hand Hi"

|

your girl aint out the gutter
but your girl about to snap
d-d-d-did i stutter

i'll put a little hurtin on ya
and i'll do it in some heels

GQ magazine

Wale Drake Kid Cudi

and speaking of Wale, i loved his Honey Magazine interview.

about his album, Attention: Deficit
“This is my biography,” Wale says of Attention: Deficit, which leaked a couple of weeks before it’s official date. “It’s honest. Raw emotion. It’s close to me. That’s why part of me will be a little offended if it doesn’t get heard. I don’t want people to take lack of sales as me taking a hit. This is something different. My label is letting me put out an album with a single that released seven months ago. We’re not going for first week sales. We’re only shipping out 30,000 of them. We’re going for that grind. We’re showing people that you can build a fanbase the old fashioned way.”
and on his GQ photo shoot buddies:

“I’ve got work to do before I can even catch up to Cudi and Drake,” he admits. “They’ve progressed a little bit quicker than I have. I worked twice as hard because I wasn’t fortunate enough to be under a successful rapper to inherit some of their fan base. I had to work for it all and my city had to hold me down.”
