every time i go over to Silvia's house for dinner, we cook together while sipping a glass of wine and listening to some music.
it's always a good time.
not to mention her kitchen is beyond amazing.
the other night we made a garden risotto with spinach, asparagus, and peas with chicken breast and pesto that Silvs found on the food network website..it was super yummy. not only had i never had risotto before, i def hadn't ever made it.
point.?
now i'm obsessed with the food network's website... and making new meals every night.
today i tried a salmon meal with rice and green beans. YUM.
tomorrow i'm trying a simple penne with lemon chicken.
now, i am most certainly not the most domestic of women, i'm not always on top of the laundry basket and sweeping and mopping the house every other day is not one of my top priorities, but i sure can put some good food together..
all i need now is my dream kitchen. =]
... oh and someone to wash the dishes. blah. hate that part.
